🚒 BIG move by the Town of Cochrane—and honestly, it just makes sense.

Buying two commercial bays for a new south side fire hall instead of building from scratch? That’s smart leadership. 💡

We’re talking roughly $1.2M vs. $15M+… that’s not a small difference—that’s REAL money staying in taxpayers’ pockets. 💰

And let’s be clear—the current fire hall isn’t cutting it anymore. Cochrane is growing fast, and our infrastructure needs to keep up. Period. 📈

This move means faster response times, better coverage on the south side, and a practical solution without blowing up the budget.
