Happy New Year to all of our clients!

It's been a long and arduous year. Injuries and illnesses have made the past 365 an interesting challenge, but I'm looking forward to being back in full capacity in 2025. The difficulties made me wonder if I should keep going or give up, but it never changed how I feel about providing drone-based geomatics services; I love what I do to my core.

We have some outstanding projects to finish up in the spring, and some repeat work to get after, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Thank you all for having CDK-DS for all your drone-based mapping, GIS, and measurement needs.

We also have some really exciting new services coming your way!

Canora was fortunate enough to have our local politician come out and assist in fixing the horse race track on Saturday evening, to ensure the safety and success of the chuck and chariot racers, Gymkhana competitors, and all other participants.

And of course, we were lucky enough to be called to capture some footage.

The community of Canora always supports local events and needs, and we are so fortunate and grateful!

Spring and early summer was full of rain and wind, and now the prime of summer has us in 25-30+ temps. when will the torture end?

We've also been dealing with an injury, but we're trying to stay on top of things. Scheduling is a bit tight, but we'll get by with a little help from some friends and family.

Whatever project you're working on, if a drone can do it, we can do it!

November has been incredible! The weather has graced us with a lot of great flying time.

Our busiest times are April to September, and in between, we take advantage of as much good weather as possible.

We do still provide many services over the winter, as our equipment can handle the cold! Our biggest draw in the winter is thermal!

And we still have traditional ground GPS and total station equipment to fulfill job requirements when a drone won't fly (hello -30c!).
