My view from an inspection today!! BEAUTIFUL! 🌞

A customer called due to lack of heat in her home. The natural gas furnace was locked out on flame roll out. A visual inspection and combustion/efficiency test pointed to a faulty heat exchanger.

Please ensure that your natural gas and propane fired appliances are properly maintained and inspected. It is also strongly recommended to have working carbon monoxide detectors in the home.

Please ensure your furnace vent pipe is free and clear of snow and ice! A furnace will not operate with a restricted vent.

We removed the aging vertical furnace in the crawl space and replaced it with a horizontal furnace, custom supply and return plenums which allowed for enough space for a central a/c installation.
