Here's a washroom we had the chance to do this very daring shower in. Our customer loves rustic wood with a steam punk vibe so we went with corrugated steel walls and sealed cedar. Exposed shower plumbing and a super sturdy floating cedar bench. Topped it all off with a natural black pebble floor. This shower is like a personal grotto.

Honestly I almost missed this but whoever installed this made it look like a 2" shower drain when in actuality it was reduced down to 1-1/2" underground. Good thing i have all the pieces to fix it on hand 👍

This is only one room in a basement development but this room just speaks to my soul 😆. In this room in particular we are creating a built-in bookshelf which will act as a door for a hiding spot under the stairs... Oh to be a kid again.
We have done the design, framing, wiring, boarding, mud/tape finishing, painting to create a 2 bdrm, 1 bath with living area and finished out the stairwell. Still to be completed is flooring, doors, trim/baseboards, and washroom. Can't wait.

This bathroom couldn't have started out worse. Under the layers of old renos we found zero insulation, open electrical connections, cut out subfloor covered with hardwood, and more. Once we filled the floor and built it up, installed a ceiling fan, spray foam insulated and re-wired we were finally able to create this beautiful space and it couldn't have been for better people. The owners of this home truly are 2 in a million and deserve it.
Can't wait to see the decor 😉
