I have ( as per usual ) a set of super sweet clients looking to make a move to our Valley, or a rural area within 45min drive to Nelson. These guys are just on a bit of a time crunch. They both start their new jobs in May.
Looking for under $700k, small acreage ( 2-5 acres ) for future animals, gardens and orchards.
Min 2 bedroom/ 1 bath
Outbuildings or garage would be a bonus!

Qualified and ready to go! They own a home that is on the market with a condition that they find a place. They will rent if they have to, but really want to purchase.

As the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on the many blessings in my life.

Watching the raging plumes from Winlaw is heartbreaking.

The overall sense of nervousness and concern for those in our community is overwhelming. We're all neighbors, friends and family. The entire Slocan Valley is home, not just were we reside.
