Weekend update!!

Day 56 - 61 on Site ☀️🏡

So much has happened over the last few days, and this home is really starting to come together!

✔️ Drywall is complete
✔️ Priming has been finished
✔️ The first coat of paint is on a couple of the rooms
✔️ Gutters have been installed
✔️ Power and gas lines have been run
✔️ Cabinets have been unloaded from the trailer and are ready for installation
✔️ Flooring is scheduled for next week
✔️ Cabinet installation begins this weekend
✔️ The front porch is scheduled to be poured next week (weather permitting!)

It’s exciting to see the finishing touches taking shape. Fresh paint is bringing the home to life, and with cabinets, flooring, and the front porch all coming together, we’re entering one of the most rewarding stages of the build.

Every day the vision becomes more of a reality, and we’re looking forward to sharing the next big milestones!

Another great weekend on site, checking off another major milestone!

✔️ Drywall is nearly ready for completion, with painting coming up next

With the exterior wrapped up and the attic insulated, we’re getting closer to seeing this custom home truly come to life. Every step brings us closer to the final reveal!

Day 50 - 53 on Site ☀️🏡

Another productive stretch on site with several exciting milestones bringing this custom home one step closer to completion!

✔️ Siding is officially finished
✔️ Cabinets have been picked up and are ready for installation
✔️ Flooring has been ordered
✔️ Paint colours have been selected
✔️ Drywall is on track to be completed next week
✔️ Attic insulation is planned for this weekend

With the exterior almost complete, the focus is shifting fully to the interior. When it’s warm enough we will pour the front porch. It’s exciting to see all the finishing selections coming together, and the home is really beginning to reflect the vision we had from the start.

Day 48 - 49 on Site ☀️🏡

The finish line is getting closer, and the progress over the last couple of days has been exciting to see!

✔️ The back wall is now fully completed
✔️ The front wall has just two more rows of siding remaining
✔️ Only two small pieces of fascia are left to install
✔️ The exterior is almost complete
✔️ Inside, the drywall taping is finished and the first coat of mud has been applied

With both the exterior and interior moving along so quickly, the home is really starting to look complete. Every day brings another milestone, and it’s rewarding to see all the hard work coming together.

Day 44 - 47 on Site ☀️🏡

Another exciting few days on site with incredible progress happening inside the home!

✔️ The amazing drywall crew completed boarding the entire house in just one day
✔️ Taping and mudding officially started today
✔️ The final exterior wall is being completed, wrapping up the last of the siding
✔️ The home is quickly transitioning into the finishing stages

It’s amazing how quickly a home transforms once the drywall is up. The rooms are now taking shape, and it’s easier than ever to picture the finished space.

With taping and mudding underway and the last exterior wall nearly complete, we’re checking off another major milestone and moving one step closer to the finish line.

Day 41 - 43 on Site ☀️🏡

Another productive few days on site with a major milestone completed and the next phase of the build beginning!

✔️ Poly has been installed, getting the home ready for the next stage
✔️ Drywall is starting this week — bringing the interior spaces to life
✔️ The build is moving from the rough-in stage into the finishing phase

It’s exciting to see the transformation happening inside the home. With the exterior progress, rough-ins, insulation, and poly complete, the vision is becoming clearer with every step.

Each stage brings new details and brings this home one step closer to the finished product. The walls will soon start to define the spaces and the character of the home will really begin to shine.

✔️ The house is transitioning from the rough construction phase into the finishing stages

It’s exciting watching the build continue to take shape. With the major exterior work and rough-ins complete, every step now brings this home closer to the finished product.

The details are starting to stand out, and the vision of the finished home is becoming easier to see each day.
