My clients were looking for the wow factor, but it wasn’t just the beautiful view they were after. Space and practicality were the number one priority.

After a few rounds of showings, we found it. It checked all the boxes.

My clients were savvy. They knew what was on the market, but at the same time, they weren’t going to let this one go. It was perfect!

So I checked the comparables, spoke with the listing agent and instead of negotiating the price, we negotiated a locker!

Everyone was happy. The landlord got their price, and my clients got the most perfect condo, with the extra storage they wanted. 🙌🏻

Have you ever wondered what’s actually worth upgrading before selling?

This was a good reminder that sometimes you don’t have to do everything upfront.

We knew the flooring needed to be replaced, but with the condo still tenanted, it made more sense to bring it to market first and see how buyers responded.

Once we saw that the flooring was holding buyers back, we had a plan — and it worked.

Sometimes the best strategy is to see what the market tells you first.

I’m not usually one to get too excited about Mondays… but this one is a happy Monday indeed. 🥂

Today, my client officially closed on the sale of their home.

It was a pleasure to guide them through the sale of such a unique property and help navigate the process from listing to closing. Now, they’re officially ready for their next adventure.

Summer is in swing! Toronto seeing a small rise in prices both month over month and year over year across detached, semis and townhomes. However the condo market is still down 8% from last year.

Mississauga saw a rise in prices for detached homes, but semis, townhomes are down month over month and year over year.

There are some fantastic condos in the GTA at reasonable prices right now, it’s an amazing time to jump into the market!
