There are some transactions that become so much more than just a sale… and this one was truly special to me 🤍

A few years ago when I met Lelya Kuklishyn and Alexey Kuklishyn, it was just the two of them moving into one of my apartments. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of watching their beautiful little family grow from two to four. Today, I had the honour of sitting beside them at the notary as they signed for their very first home 🏡✨

Helping first-time buyers will always hold a special place in my heart, but being able to help my own tenants find the perfect house for their growing family made this journey even more meaningful.

Seeing the excitement, pride, and happiness in their eyes today reminded me exactly why I love what I do.

And as if today wasn’t already emotional enough, tonight they sent me a photo enjoying the little champagne gift I gave them while celebrating on their brand new patio with their family... it just melted my heart 🤍 Moments like these truly mean the world to me.

I couldn’t be happier for this amazing couple and their two beautiful children as they begin this exciting new chapter.
