On this rainy Monday morning, we are happy to share photos of a project that began spring of 2023 and welcomed its first tenants in June 2024. The final tenants are receiving their keys today and the building is officially fully occupied.

We are happy to announce that 3 of the 4 units at our newest building are completed and occupied. These units all have the same layout (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, lots of storage and also a small garage for storage).

The front deck at the Cabot Suite is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and the traffic in the harbour🌅. Lobster season is open until the beginning of July, and will be followed by our second crab season of the year 🦞🦀

Information for those interested in long-term rental units.

Please note that there are no available long-term units as of now. If you would like to put in an application as interest for future units, forms can be found and filled out directly on our website. If you have any trouble or require assistance, you can message our page directly or contact admin via email.

At this time, filling out an application is only telling us that you are interested and does not secure you a spot for an apartment. There are already tenants that are waiting for our next buildings therefore you must be patient and understand that once a unit becomes available or a new building is approaching completion, selected applicants will be contacted to see if they are still interested. There are no tentative dates for available units at this time.
