Exciting day at my new renovation project in Downtown Charlottetown, thanks to a visit from my best friend and real estate mentor, Debbi Dovyer! We had a productive time reviewing the project plans together, and I made sure to jot down all of her invaluable advice. أمي الحبيبة ،
اليوم يصادف سنتين منذ رحيلك عنا، ولا يمر يوم دون أن يتوق قلبي لوجودك. في هذه الذكرى المؤلمة لرحيلك، أرغب في التعبير عن عمق حبي وامتناني لك. فبالرغم من أنك لست بجانبنا جسدياً، فإن روحك وتأثيرك لا يزالان يشكلا حياتي.

الكلمات لا تستطيع أن تعبر تماماً عن التأثير الهائل الذي كان لديك عليّ، يا أمي. كان حبك ثابتاً، وكنت تُفيضه بكل نفس تستنشقها. كانت طبيعتك الحنونة، وعناقك الدافئ، وكلماتك المواسية ملاذي. كنت الصخرة التي تثبتني وترشدني خلال فرح الحياة وتحدياتها.

حبك كان شعلة من النور تضيء أركان حياتي حتى في أظلم الزوايا. كنت تحتفلين بانتصاراتي بفرح لا يعد وتقدمي لي الدعم في أصعب اللحظات. كنت تؤمني بي عندما أشكك في نفسي وتزرعين في داخلي الشجاعة لتحقيق أحلامي. إيمانك بي كان هدية سأحتفظ بها إلى الأبد.

بعد غيابك، يا أمي، أدركت الكثير من التضحيات التي قدمتها لأجل عائلتنا. كانت تضحيتك الذاتية ملهمة. كرست حياتك لتربيتي وتربية أخواتي ، وصقلي لأصبح الشخص الذي أنا عليه اليوم. كان حبك لي لا يعرف الزمان وغير مشروط - إنه حب بلا قيود وغير محدود.

أشتاق إلى صوت ضحكك، ودفء عناقك، ولمسة يدك اللطيفة. تملأ ذكرياتنا سويًا قلبي بالفرح والكثتير من الحزن. ولكني أجد العزاء في معرفة أن حبك يستمر في توجيهي وحمايتي حتى من عبر الحياة.

فقدك، يا أمي، بسبب فيروس كورونا كان صدمة مدوية هزت كياني. لم أكن أتصور فقدانك بهذه الطريقة القاسية والمحزنة. ومع ذلك، أجد عزاءً في معرفة أن الله قام بأخذك ووضعك في مكان تستحقينه، مكان أفضل مع أرواح أجمل.
في هذه الذكرى، أرغب في أن أطمئنك بأن إرثك ما زال حياً. أحمل قيمك وقوتك وحبك الثابت داخلي. أسعى لأكون أفضل نسخة ممكنة من نفسي لترضي عني وتسعدي بي حيث انت.

على الرغم من عدم وجودك بشكل جسدي، يا أمي، ستظلي حيةً في قلبي. أجد الراحة في معرفة أننا سنلتقي يومًا ما، وسأشعر مرة أخرى بدفء عناقك. وجمال ضحكتك و حتى ذلك الحين، سأكرم ذكراك بأن أعيش حياة مليئة بالحب والعطف واللطف، تمامًا كما علمتني.

شكرًا لك، يا أمي، لكونك النور الذي يرشدني، والصديقة الوفية، وأعز صديق لي. حبك كان وسيظل أعظم هدية تلقيتها. أقدر كل ذكرى لصوت ضحكك ودفء عناقك ولمسة يدك اللطيفة. تلك الذكريات تملأ قلبي بالفرح والحزن في الوقت نفسه، لكنها تذكرني بالتأثير العميق الذي كان لديك على حياتي.

Words cannot fully capture the immense impact you had on me, Mom. Your love was unwavering, and you poured it upon me with every breath you took. Your nurturing nature, warm embrace, and comforting words were my sanctuary. You were the rock that anchored me, guiding me through life's joys and challenges.

Your love was a beacon of light that illuminated even the darkest corners of my life. You celebrated my victories with unbridled joy and provided solace during my lowest moments. You believed in me when I doubted myself and instilled in me the courage to pursue my dreams. Your faith in me was a gift that I will forever cherish.

Losing you, Mom, due to COVID was a shock that rocked me to my core. I couldn't imagine losing you in such a brutal and saddening way.
