Not just another transaction — a chapter filled with memories, people, and a friendship I’ll always carry with me.

For years I had the privilege of coaching J.W. in golf, watching him improve on the golf course while I improved as an instructor and learned valuable life lessons (and a few swear words too) We laughed on the range, shared long conversations on the range & on the fairways, and built a bond I’ll always be grateful for. When his family reached out and asked me to represent them in the sale of his home, I was deeply honoured. This house holds pieces of him — and helping guide it into its next chapter was something I didn’t take lightly.

Some sales just feel special — and this was one of them, even if it took a little longer than everyone hoped!

This waterfront cottage sits in a neighborhood I spent many of my summers growing up, so guiding this one to the finish line was especially meaningful. I’m incredibly pleased for my clients and truly grateful for the trust they placed in me to handle their sale.

I think I learned more throughout this sale than my entire real estate career combined. There were lots of moving parts: shoreline restrictions, shared septic/well, foreign buyers ban to name just a few!

A big thank-you to Naomi Patkai for representing the buyers and being fantastic to work with from start to finish.
