Water Street Residence A historic house which was the first hotel in Charlottetown built in Georgian and Neoclassical / Adamesque architectural style (pre 1810-1840) .

This historic residence was built in 1821 and used to operate as the first hotel in Charlottetown, known as the "Queen's Head" (1829). It is situated right across the Charlottetown Yacht Club, with close access to the Victoria Park Boardwalk and Charlottetown Harbor. With it having been renovated by it's private owner in September 2012, it gives you the opportunity to enjoy Downtown Charlottetown

with all the amenities less than one block away! Water Street Residence gives you private access to one furnished bedroom, a fully furnished kitchen and living room, a washroom (washing machine and tumble drier included), free WiFi, a television, cozy propane fireplace, small study with a (local) land-line telephone and an iPod audio system.
