I help them understand the difference between what they want and what they need — because those two lists are almost never identical, and confusing them leads to bad decisions.
I map out the full cost picture so nothing catches them off guard at the lawyer's office.
I know the PEI market well — which areas are moving fast, which have more negotiating room, where the hidden value is, and where the risks are that don't show up in a listing description.
And when we find the right property, I help them make a competitive offer without overpaying — and guide them through the inspection, conditions, and closing process step by step.
