I feel like I blinked… and suddenly it’s December.
 I was scrolling through my camera roll this week — which honestly reminded me how little I’ve posted lately — and it hit me just how much life has happened in the last six months. Between working with some amazing buyers and sellers, harvest season, and learning (very quickly) that moving into a fixer-upper takes way more work than I expected… things got busy fast.

And if I’m being totally honest, social media is always the first thing that drops to the bottom of my to-do list when life picks up. It just doesn’t come naturally to me — but I’m determined to change that in 2026!

We also added a new, furry family member — Penny. She’s full of personality and keeps us busy. If you have any puppy training tips, please send them my way because I will take any and all advice 😅

Anyway, here’s a little peek at life lately. I’m hoping to be a bit more consistent around here… so feel free to keep me accountable.

🎁 Here’s how it works:  Bring gently used holiday decor → Earn tickets based on what you drop off → Come “shop” the swap and pick out your new pieces!

📅 Event Day: Saturday, November 22, 2025  ⏰ 10AM – 12PM (drop-in style)  📍 Nest Realty Office – 150 Wellington St. W, Chatham  🎟️ Free to attend – registration required!
