🚨 ONESource Update 🚨
Here’s what’s been happening:
Over the past few months, a lot has unfolded, and we’re excited to share it with you.
CEO Danielle continues to lead from the front, working closely with franchise partners and our internal team to keep everyone aligned, focused, and moving forward.
During this time, we’ve been busy scaling and optimizin, while also welcoming incredible new talent into our network:
New franchise owners:
David Richardson - Toronto
Yabrah Gesesew - Kitchener–Waterloo
Ameha Tesfayohans - Kitchener–Waterloo
Tu Trinh - Oakville
Ethan Luong - Oakville
Sharon Natasha Sumere - Caledon
Kerry Rambalie - Caledon
On the operations and training side:
Sarah has been building out our training systems, including SOPs and video resources to support our franchisees.
Hattie, working closely alongside her, has been instrumental in developing and organizing these programs.
On the marketing side:
Sebastian joined as Marketing Director to build out the department ecosystem while overseeing creative direction and video production across Head Office and franchise locations.
Alaina recently joined the marketing team, supporting social media, campaign monitoring, and client services.
Karen, our Marketing Creative Specialist, continues to elevate our marketing materials while supporting franchisees with brand design.
Each team member brings energy and a commitment to doing things the right way.
But growth for us goes beyond the business.
Across our locations, we’ve been actively involved with We Serve Seniors — continuing to support our communities with care and purpose while expanding our network.
We’ve also had the privilege of sponsoring meaningful initiatives like We Are Brave, including the recent event at the CIBC building led by Jen.
