We are seeking a part-time administrative assistant (30 hours per week) with potential for full-time (40 hours per week). In this position, you will become a trusted member of our team. We will rely on you to keep people and processes operating at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Provide a full range of administrative secretarial services
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Data entry
- Receive payments and issue receipts
- Organize files
- Type letters, reports, and other documents
- Compile data, statistics, and information for reports
- Maintain database by entering new and updated information
- Assist with accounting (QuickBooks)

Required experience and skills:

- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking
- Detail oriented
- Responsible
- Quick typing skills; computer savvy
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
- Confidentiality
- Minimum High School Diploma
