Looking for a peaceful place to call home? We have a bachelor suite available September 1, 2026 for long term rental at Sugar Lake Lodge.

🛋️ Furnished if needed
🚗 One parking stall included
🐾 Pets negotiable and subject to approval
🌲 Quiet, peaceful Sugar Lake setting

PLEASE NOTE:
The suite is accessed by "TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS"🪜

Suitable for a single person or couple.

Rental Requirements
• $550 damage deposit
• Proof of stable income/employment
• Three references, including a previous landlord reference
• No drugs or smoking allowed on the premises
• Successful rental application

The successful applicant will be required to sign a BC Residential Tenancy Agreement and complete a move in condition inspection.

We are looking for a quiet, responsible and respectful long term tenant who will take pride in their suite and be considerate of others on the property

🧼 Last day of deep cleaning at Sugar Lake Lodge! 🧼

After a very busy couple of weeks, Marshall, Tobias and I are finally on the home stretch! From washing bedding and scrubbing suites to sanitizing surfaces, cleaning decks and washing down the outside of the Lodge, we have certainly put in the work. 💪😂

There is nothing better than seeing everything fresh, sparkling and ready to welcome our next guests.

Now it is time to put the hose away, kick up our feet and enjoy the beautiful Sugar Lake view, we have definitely earned it! 🌲💙

A special afternoon at the beach with Kathy Deane better known as Great Moma and Tobias, who came all the way from Legal, Alberta, to spend time with her! ☀️💙

They enjoyed relaxing together in their chairs by the water, although Tobias didn’t stay seated for long. He cooled off with a swim and then headed out for a paddle in his kayak! 🏊‍♂️🛶

A beautiful day filled with sunshine, lake time and special memories between Tobias and his Great Moma. 🫶

The water was calm, the sun was going down, and these tubers were making the most of every last bit of the day. Nothing says summer like a boat, a tube, and a whole lot of laughter! ☀️💦

It’s shaping up to be another beautiful day. The smoke has eased, and the forecast is calling for a high of 28°C—although with the weather we’ve been having, it may feel even warmer!

The lake is calm, the views are beautiful, and it’s the perfect kind of day to slow down and enjoy a little time by the water. Stay cool, stay hydrated, and have a wonderful day from all of us at Sugar Lake Lodge! 💦🏔️

The safety of our guests, lot owners, staff, and our beautiful surroundings is our top priority.

We are aware of the Talbot Creek, Fairbrother Creek, and Cherry Ridge wildfires, and BC Wildfire Service is actively monitoring and responding to these incidents. We encourage everyone to stay informed by following official BC Wildfire Service updates.

As we continue to enjoy summer at Sugar Lake, we kindly ask everyone to do their part to help prevent human caused wildfires.

Please remember to
🔥 Follow all current fire restrictions and campfire regulations.
🚬 Completely extinguish ci******es and dispose of them safely.
🚗 Avoid parking vehicles on dry grass.
🌲 Help keep our beautiful surroundings clean and free of combustible materials.

Kathy said they only had a brief sprinkle today, but it was enough to bring out this beautiful double rainbow across the lake and mountains.
