Our hearts are heavy at Discovery Equine this week.

On Sunday, our team member, Jillian, was rushed to the hospital after suffering from a severe migraine. Following emergency testing, doctors discovered a tumor and a buildup of fluid. This shocking news has left our entire barn family devastated, but we are rallying together to support her fight.

Jillian is truly the heart and soul of Discovery Equine. For over six years, she has dedicated her days to the care of her kids and the growth of our community. Her warmth, unwavering work ethic, and dedication have touched everyone who has stepped onto our property.

Jillian has poured her love into Discovery Equine for over half a decade, and now it is our turn to pour that love right back into her when she needs it most.

To help ease her and her family’s financial burden of upcoming medical treatments, travel to Vancouver, accommodations, meals, etc. there is a GoFundMe page:
