In order to help explain the craziness we are experiencing in the housing market, picture this red line decline as a representation of the toilet paper inventory held in all of Chilliwack.

Predictably, sellers have been holding out for the spring market and this graph from the REBGV stats centre proves the prophetic outcome of more inventory coming to the market.

If you have been holding out for the spring market because traditionally, spring has brought the best results... keep in mind, the winter chill is burning hotter than any spring flame we have seen in recent history.
