* A $250.00 refundable damage deposit is required
There is a $175.00 Cleaning Fee added to each booking. Booking deposit 50% ( non- refundable)
Balance is due

30 days prior to booking. Taxes are not included in fees. Smoke-free- pet-free- occupancy limit 6
Check in time is 4:00pm / check out time is 11:00 am

We accept email transfers only if booked outside of Airbnb. ( You save the Airbnb fee)

We are opening up our cabin to "select" renters. That is you (our friends and family) and your friends. Please share the page with people who may be interested. This is wonderful, quiet, peaceful waterfront escape that is close to all amenities and many activities.
As it stands we only have 4 weeks left to rent during high season. (july and aug).
