Help us reduce contamination in recycling! If you are on the City’s curbside collection program, the following items do not go into curbside recycling and must be returned to a depot:
- Soft and stretchy plastic bags and overwrap
- Other flexible plastic packaging (e.g. chip bags, zipper lock bags)
- Foam packaging
- Batteries, electronics, light bulbs and paint cans
- Household hazardous waste

Smile, you’re on camera! When viewing properties, I do advise my buyer clients to just assume the seller has cameras installed inside and outside the home. We can always discuss the merits/disadvantages of a home afterwards, away from the property. Yes, legally the seller may need our consent, but practically that likely won’t happen. IMHO

A privacy topic I’ve been frequently asked recently is whether there are any privacy issues with REALTORS®, or their clients, secretly recording potential purchasers visiting a property for sale.
