August Market Update

August brought continued changes to the Chilliwack real estate market.

Compared to August 2025, active listings were down 19.9% and overall sales were down 18.5%, while the average property price increased 1.65% to $746,289.

🏢 Apartments: $408,216
🏘️ Townhomes: $588,352
