Important Notice for Cedarbrook Homeowners ⚠️

Please be advised that water service will be temporarily interrupted on Tuesday, August 25, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. while necessary water main work is completed.

During this time, please do not use water, including: sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, bathtubs, washing machines, dishwashers, outdoor hoses or irrigation systems.

Please Plan ahead and set aside any water you may need.

After service is restored, run your water for approximately 10 minutes if you notice any discolouration.

We are hosting OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHTS at Cedarbrook for the third summer in a row! 
 
Join us on Saturday, August 29th at Cedarbrook Park for our second movie of the summer and a magical night under the stars. 
 
This event is free, open to the public and family friendly. Our second and final movie of the summer will be Jurassic Park (1993.) 
 
🌟 Movie starts at dusk (we recommend arriving by 8:00pm to get settled and grab snacks) 
🌟 FREE ENTRY and free popcorn 
🌟 Beavertails will be on-site starting at 8pm

Get ready for some paws-itively adorable fun at Cedarbrook Day! 🐾
Join us for the Cedarbrook Day Pet Parade brought to you by Go Solutions Pet Care on Saturday, August 22!
The parade begins at 3:00 PM on the Cedarbrook Park lawn, followed by our pet contest featuring three fun categories for dogs and cats.
Every parade participant will receive a small gift from Go Solutions Pet Nutrition, and contest winners will take home special prizes. After the parade, stop by our photo station to capture the moment with your furry friend!
Want to be the Grand Marshal of the Pet Parade? Reshare this post to your Instagram Story and tag two people in the comments for a chance to win the coveted Grand Marshal title and lead the parade on Cedarbrook Day!
To participate in the parade, all pets must be registered in advance. Applications are now open and close August 14. Registered participants will receive event details by email before Cedarbrook Day.

• Pet Parade: 3:00 PM
• Parade check-in: 2:30 PM
• Contest judging: Approximately 3:30 PM
For the safety of everyone, pets must be fully vaccinated, well-socialized, and remain on a leash (maximum 6 ft) or in a kennel at all times.

What a month July was! 💛
From unforgettable Movie Nights spent with our incredible community to celebrating the ribbon cutting of our newest community extension, it was a month full of exciting milestones and meaningful connections.

We also had the pleasure of hosting our Realtor Event, launched our weekly Create & Connect gatherings at The Bend (and loved seeing your creativity shine!), welcomed so many friendly faces to our Saturday Open Houses, and watched many of you unwind in the new Wódr Spa pods.

Summer was in full swing as we enjoyed plenty of sunny days with lots (and lots!) of ice cream at The Bend🍦. We even welcomed our four-legged friends, treating them to their very own pup cups during sweet treat runs at The Bend. 🐾

We can’t wait to see what August has in store as we continue to thrive together at Cedarbrook. 🏘️🩵
