Statistics lesson!

Average sale prices are skewed higher by those few high end luxury homes with huge price tags. The median sale price is a more reliable metric when considering what to expect when shopping for a home.

The median sale price in Oshawa has come down to "only" the mid $600,000s. Clarington is in the mid $700,000s.
