🏠 What could GM’s new Oshawa deal mean for homeowners?

GM and Unifor have reached a tentative agreement that includes another $144 million investment in the Oshawa Assembly Plant.

It still needs to be ratified, but major employers continuing to invest in Oshawa is encouraging news for local jobs, the economy — and long-term confidence in our housing market.

🏠 1,720 new listings
⏱️ Average 29 days to sell
