☕️👟Beat the rain!! The “Sip & Stroll Cobourg” attendees met at Lolly Gags at 10am this week and owner Richard was serving up the drinks: “new” dirty sodas, apple pie cider with whipped cream (hot and iced), vanilla oat lattes, coffee, tea…. The drinks were top tier!!🧡❤️ Thank you!!🙏

Next off on our little trek around town and by the marina, waterfront and boardwalk and back. We have new people each week joining which is fun. We also took a little tour through 🌸🌼🍄🌻Cobourg Ecology Garden checking out the flowers, rock garden “take one, leave one,” etc.

It was muggy, cool, hot, damp…sweaters off, sweaters on. 😆 Downtown Cobourg a great place to start your day!!

🎉Sunday Annual RS Summer Social in July was a relaxing gathering of our agents, admin and families. Sunny weather, dogs, great food, great drinks, chickens, horses, and great company made for a lovely afternoon in Millbrook with the Royal Service Real Estate Inc. team.

🏡So happy for my Buyers to get back into a home with outdoor space for them and their pup!🐶 💚 Last year they were able to sell and move into a large apartment; after several months they found that wasn’t what they were expecting.

📱I received a call that they wanted back into a home, but still close to amenities. We found it very quickly and after some quick negotiations it was a firm deal. Happy closing! 🥂🎉🏡🐶
