1. Sure, I can sand that small part of ceiling when it dries for you. Next time I should consider not putting my face right under where I’m sanding 🤣Remembering my mask would have also been helpful lol

2. When your office is right down at the Cobourg beach, why not slip out for a bite to eat at one of the food trucks. Highly recommended the Cajun fries 🍟

3. Cookie Monster spotted in this basement. Somewhat creepy, yet entertaining

4. Sellers… please remember to clean your tub before showings, I always open the curtain to peak 👀

5. Crap, not what I need as the fall market approaches. Please 🙏 don’t pick me.

1. Time for this sign to go up. Looking 👀 for a waterfront cottage to enjoy the month of summer, we’ve got you covered

2. Came home to find this little guy 🦜sitting on my deck. He looked to be in shock so why not tuck him somewhere safe, away from predators. Was thrilled when I came back home 3 hours later and he had flown away 💕

3. Damn skylight is going to be the death of me, thankfully Chris is better with heights than I am. So up he goes to assess the issue, while I man the ladder 🪜

4. Last Saturday night I had the pleasure of going to the Peterborough Speedway to cheer on and show support to the young and talented Jacob Stavro who is killing it this year on the track 🏎️. So proud of everything you’re accomplishing this year and excited to be helping sponsor your journey. Check him out this Saturday, you’ll love the excitement

5. Needed a break after just one too many stresses for the day. Dairy Dream 🍦in Cobourg along with sitting on the rocks at the beach were the perfect pick me up

6. Old creepy basements excite me, lol. I know, slightly weird but they never disappoint 😂

1. Another week = another sale which equals renting a U-Haul truck 🛻 to de-stage and prep for an upcoming closing

3. Loved showing this beautiful rural, complete work these goofy goats 🐐(who welcomed us to their home with open arms 😍)

4. What’s better than one home inspector on a roof? Two inspectors who have an eye 👁️ for details and are ready to share their findings with our buyer clients, so they can make an informed and educated decision before firming up on the purchase of their first home 🏡
