My name is Wayne I have been doing property services for about 18 years in Northumberland County. I was working in the computer field and with a flooded market I found I was always at the low end of the payroll. After about 10 years of that I decided I was very unhappy in that field so I thought I would increase my clients and try to make a fulltime business. In 2012 in January I gave up my fullti

me job and started Wayne Llewellyn Services fulltime. Not very smart to do it in the middle of winter, but I always fine myself think change is good and why do things the easy way. A year went by and business was ok but I still wasn’t sure I could make a go of it so I took a job reading water meters for piecework. Figured I could keep them happy and still take care of my client list. Worked out great for about 14 months until one day after walking for about 20 km I thought this is a great job but…. So that bring us to now I have increased my clients list more and having a very good contract for a Condo I have decided this is where I belong.
