When I say location matters, this is what I mean!

Cochrane is sooo close to some of the best outdoor recreation this country has to offer, always good to spend some time enjoying it.

Thanks Brooke Willson for the push to try this wild challenge. 4 Mountains, 1 Day, Running between each of them that starts and ends in town. 57km and over 5000m of vertical gain. Wild!

And yes, I did make a few phone calls while descending Grotto Mountain!

While driving my wife and I were talking with our daughter about all the careers that help people. The obvious ones to a 5 year old are the first responders (fresh on her mind after the First Responders Rodeo in Cochrane).

We then talked about other careers and that is truly what I aim to do in Real Estate, from first homes, retirement homes, upgrading for bigger families, moving to the first acreage, buying an investment property or starting fresh. I get to help so many great people through a huge financial decision.

Thankful that I get to be a part of the journey!

Cochrane’s real estate market has been shifting constantly since August of 2025. Following a real strong February, sales activity slowed in March.

Rising inventory and more time on market has allowed buyers to see more homes and take their time.

Cochrane, Alberta has a great network of pathways throughout the town. I figured the best way to show them off is to run ALL of them.

Day 4 is The Willows, Rivercrest, Riversong, Precedence and Riviera.

These 5 communities are located south of the Bow River in Cochrane, Alberta with km’s of pathways along ridges and environmental reserves with stunning views.

Bow Valley Highschool is located right beside The Willows and Rivercrest K-8 is fully approved and has an estimated opening of 2028/2029.

These communities all connect to trails leading along the Bow River in Riviera and a pedestrian bridge connecting to the off-leash dog park and pathways leading to the SLS rec centre. A great spot for families with recreation and schools so close!
