Dethatching makes such a difference early in the year. Give it a cut right after and then hit it with some water for 20 mins and you’ll see more green grass. I’ve done dozens so far this spring and they always look so great when the job is complete 😊

Hello all and Welcome to my page for the Summer Season!!!
Here you will find a list of services that I offer here in the Cold Lake area.

I offer 1 time cut as as well as full season/weekly cuts Monday to Friday
Saturdays are on reserve for larger jobs

Services:

Lawn cut:
-$70 single cut (overgrowth will be more)
-$60 for weekly cut
-$100 for bi weekly cut (2 weeks of growth, bi weekly is not bagged, it is a cut and drop)
-$1200 for summer(September 30th)
Service includes front, side and back lawns along with a trim of the property, bagged trimmings with a blow finish for any debris
(Prices may be higher for very large or heavily grown in lawn)

Dethatching: $120
Service includes dethatching of front, side and back lawn. Trim of property available for $25

Dump runs:
$60/run + cost of dump fees
Service includes loading up and removing items such as tree and bush trimming, general trash, household items and anything else that would fit into the back of a pick up. Cold Lake Transfer Station has a $10 minimum charge as of January 1st 2025

Seeding & Fertilizing:
$100+ cost of product for normal size lawns.
Larger lawns will be by quote

Ground/Lawn Leveling:
$90+ cost of product for normal size lawns.
Larger lawns will be by quote
Clients can choose Sand, Topsoil or both

Garden clean out:
$75 - Service includes w**d removal and general clean up

Lawn w**d killer spot treatment:
$75 +cost of product

Full lawn w**d treatment:
$100 +cost of product
Service includes front, side and back lawns

Tree removal:
$175 (anything under permit requirement)
Service includes full branch and tree removal. Does not include stump removal.

Edging:
$60 - Service includes Edging of Walkways (both front and back yard) clean up and removal of any debris

Mulching:
Mulch pricing will be quoted by job size
Typical tree mulch $45/tree +cost of mulch
Typical garden size $75 +cost of mulch
Red, Brown or Black depending on availability

Yard clean up Spring/Fall:
$100- service includes dog p**p, garbage and debris, full rake of the property’s front, side and back

Aeration: small lawn
$100 for Aeration
$200 +cost of product for Aeration plus seed and topsoil

Aeration: Medium lawn
$150 for Aeration
$250 + cost of product for Aeration plus seeding and topsoil

Aeration:Large lawn
$200 for Aeration
$300 + cost of product for Aeration plus seed and topsoil

I was asked why I call my clients, clients, and not customers….

Simple answer is “You don’t get to know customers, you get to know clients. Clients are more personable”

When I hear the word Customer I think retail/food service industry. One after another just passing through.

When I hear the word Client I think connection. I get to know my clients because they are inviting me to their home to help make their life easier with tasks they can’t do on their own. There’s no greater sense of pride to me than there is knowing I’m helping someone’s home be more enjoyable for them to be in weather it’s snow removal or landscaping their property.

I love what I do and I’m continuing to grow and honestly I can’t wait for the spring to get here so I can roll out my new ideas for the business such as pressure washing homes, sidewalks, decks and driveways.

With the Winter season actually upon us now I have re-adjusted the season rate from $700 for single driveways down to $400
The Double driveway season price has dropped from $750 to $450 as well.

After speaking with some clients who have already pre paid before hand for the season or months packages have been reimbursed for the no snow November as well as December 😊

With the snow here the spots are beginning to fill and I can’t wait to keep getting out there for my clients this winter as I have this past summer.

Hey everyone!

With fall here we are closing in on the end of our first summer season and have gained plenty of momentum moving into the fall and winter months.

Snow removal will commence once the white stuff decides to fly!!!! We have worked hard this summer to get the name out there with quality work and friendly service with everyone.

Snow removal spots are already filling up so I thought I’d share the winter prices for the upcoming season based on what other companies are offering. As with summer quotes I plan to be below the threshold of most of if not all snow removal companies.

Season clearing:
$900 for single driveways, $1000 for double wide driveways - included with this is full snow removal of your driveway and sidewalks for any snow amount over 3 cms no matter how many times it snows and pet friendly ice melt for your walkway. (Season clients have main priority)

Monthly clearing:
$250 for single driveways, $300 for double wide driveways - included in this is the same as Season Clearing. (Monthly clients will have 2nd priority)

1 Time clearing:
$65 for single driveways, $75for double wide driveways. Included in this is the same as Season clearing. (1 time clients will have final priority)

Also for those who don’t have a driveway but still need their sidewalk and walkway cleared is $50 for clearing with salt and or sand for 1 time or $500 for the season

Larger and longer driveways will be by quote based on size.

Senior and Military discounts available as well. Pm for details
