Our office will also be remain closed on Tuesday July 1st to celebrate being a Canada Day and everything that it means to be Canadians! A reminder with all the snow to keep an eye your roof. This client noted a lot of icicles which was unusual on their house. Turns out there hood vent was buried in snow and it was melting the snow underneath leading to ice damning. Luckily we caught it before the water found its way inside!

With the extreme weather and temperatures we are experiencing, don't forget to clear off private use balconies to prevent water damage check exterior vents regularly to make sure they are all clear!

It is with great pride to announce that Assistant Property Manager, Ashley Bloomfield has completed her work experience and has now obtained her General Licence with CMRAO. Ashley now holds the title of Condominium Property Manager and we are so lucky to have her on our team!

Ashley graduated from the Travel and Tourism program at Sir Sandford Fleming College and has worked in the industry for a number of years. Her level of care, attention to detail and customer service skills combined with her wealth of knowledge makes her an excellent resource for our team and our valued clients.
