The Globe and Mail reported that the past Chair of RECO was found abusing her brokerages trust fund....WTF If Ipro can do it? why not us...The Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) has referred former board chair Katie Steinfeld and her brokerage, On The Block Realty Inc., to a discipline committee over alleged trust account violations and failure to keep funds separate. The allegations concern breaches of the Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA). My wife and I walked into the home 20 plus years ago; high res photos and video did not exist on realtor.ca or brokerage websites, it was about how if felt to us. We viewed the property once and knew it was the perfect family home to raise our young daughters. I will miss this home that brought us years of family time and memories....it's time for a new custodian to care for our beloved River House. Sold this wonderful 3 bedroom condo in the Shipyards for my awesome sellers....we had fun with the elevator. Market is slow but if well marketed there's a buyer for everything.
