🔸Buyers Are Out in Full Force: Sales activity jumped significantly this July—completed transactions spiked 21.03% and total sales volume climbed 10.68% year-over-year.

🔸Prices Softened Across the Board: More choice has eased price pressures. The median sale price dipped 6.54% while the average sale price dropped 8.55%.

🔸 Inventory Keeps Growing: Sellers brought 726 new listings to the market in July (up 6.3% from last year), giving buyers plenty of options to browse.
