Throughout my life, I was told being in touch with my "Inner Child" was immature.

But like all aspects of life we come full circle.

And one of life's greatest parts of life is when the circle brings you back to your a life that allows you to get back in touch with that "Inner Child".

Recently, I met some buyers that had lost out on 2 dream properties because they started the process of buying backwards.

They thought it was best to see what was available first and then catch up to the buying process.

Once we rearranged their thought process, we put a plan together that started with the pre-approval of their mortgage.

That helped define their price range.

Then we could start identifying neighbourhoods that fit that price range.

Big week for investments in the Collingwood and The Blue Mountain area. Farm Boy opened its newest location. The building permits have been issued for the new Costco (scheduled to be completed November 2026), and the land title transfer happened for the new Hospital which is planning to break ground in The spring of 2028.
