August’s luxury market reports are in, and they’re showing some interesting shifts across four major markets. 🏡

From Toronto and Oakville to Vancouver and Naples, luxury real estate continues to move differently depending on location and property type.

Toronto’s single-family luxury market is favouring buyers, while Oakville remains balanced. Vancouver is also seeing opportunity for single-family buyers, with sales increasing 20% year over year. In Naples, single-family homes remain balanced while attached properties favour buyers.
