Across Southern Georgian Bay, the average sale price reached $826,568 in September, up 2.72% year-over-year, while the median sale price declined 11.69% to $625,000. A total of 201 properties sold, with 818 new listings coming to market, keeping the region firmly in buyer’s market territory.
