The July numbers show a Southern Georgian Bay market with stronger sales activity and softer pricing.

Compared to July 2025, unit sales rose 21.03% to 259, while sales volume increased 10.68% to $198,066,525. The median sale price decreased to $635,000, and the average sale price declined to $764,736.

Although the monthly sales-to-listings ratio improved, the year-to-date ratio of 27.66% continued to reflect buyer’s market conditions overall.
