Its been a busy couple of months, here's one of several deals I have been a part of. This one is particularly special though, these fine folks are my second family.
So when they asked me to help them sell, I absolutely wanted them to have the highest level of care. So this was a really good picture to take, officially sold, everyone happy!

FIVE inspections in two days for the same piece of property! This actually isnt ideal as we generally want to stagger inspections in case something catastrophic is found that kills their purchase. That way the Buyers can save some money by canceling the subsequent inspections. However, timing and availability are at play too; and in this case we do what we have to! All of the trades people we use are skilled professionals and come armed with great attitudes and plenty of helpful information. Here is the always charming Dwight, from Skymax Plumbing.
