As a company proudly rooted in Conception Bay South, this project is about more than building a new development—it is about investing in the community that has supported us for so many years. We are honoured to create a place where local seniors can continue to live comfortably, stay connected, and remain part of the community they call home.
This milestone would not have been possible without the dedication, collaboration, and commitment of so many people. Public Information Session
Proposed Rezoning - 12-16 Rideouts Road

Council is considering a request from the property owner to re-zone 12-16 Rideouts Road. In general terms, 1.08 hectares would be re-zoned from “Residential Medium Density” to “Residential Multi Unit”.

The proposed re-zoning is intended to accommodate a proposed four story 64-unit apartment building. It would have a modern design and include both underground and surface parking.

🗓️A public information session to discuss the proposed re-zoning and the Land Use Impact Assessment Report will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Greenslade Gallery at the Town Hall on Wednesday October 8, 2025.

Council will accept written feedback on the proposed re-zoning and Land Use Impact Assessment Report until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
