The past month has brought about palatable shifts in the Greater Vancouver housing market, revealing intriguing trends in both supply and demand dynamics. Notably, a discernible pattern, with primarily desirable properties in move-in-ready conditions experiencing quick sales while less desirable properties stay stagnant. The market is continuing to go through a transition and demand remains below seasonal norms.

There have also been some game-changing legislation propositions for higher density that will completely change the landscape of our city.

A big congratulations to M + I on their first purchase in Coquitlam! We found an amazing ground level unit with one of the largest patio’s I’ve ever seen. The complex had just recently gone through major repairs including new metal roofs, new patio, doors, windows and recently rain screened. The seller had paid over 120k on special assessments alone. Always a good feeling to move into a home that has gone through major updates.
