About a month ago, we launched our first cross-border investment in Arizona! 🎉 From financing as Canadians, to contractors and maintenance, to design and set-up, it takes a whole team but we were able to get the property to market and booked right before Super Bowl weekend 😊🏈. We’ve been booked back to back with 97% occupancy for March and so excited for what’s to come!!
