📢 Let’s talk about completions!

A lot of people think once the offer is accepted, the hard part is over.

But between accepted offer → completion day, there are still a ton of important steps happening behind the scenes:

🏡 Financing needs to be finalized
📝 Legal documents need to be signed
💰 Deposits and closing funds need to be transferred
🔑 Adjustments, title transfers, insurance and completion timelines all need to line up properly

And yes… sometimes last-minute issues pop up right before closing 😅

This is why communication matters so much during a transaction.

There are multiple people involved behind the scenes, lenders, lawyers/notaries, agents, buyers, sellers and everyone has to stay on the same page to make sure keys are handed over on time.

Especially in markets like Burnaby and New Westminster where timelines can move quickly and small delays can create major stress.
