I cannot sit idle, regardless of market conditions or checkmarks on the sheet of paper. Life and time are limited, and we have the blessing of our health, and full opportunity to make things happen in this great country. I’m not a victim, and I refuse to believe that our great nation has the ability to be controlled by any one government. This economy has not been easy to sustain, for many, including myself. I got turned onto this place from growing up in the streets of Fraser and 88th in surrey, and after moving really enjoyed the fact that they had a location in the Tri city’s. If you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend. Pro tip, get the hot and spicy broth version.⁣

Wanted to take a moment to celebrate these two beautiful human beings. My Family and I have a property in Birch Bay, Washington. There are alot of Canadians who enjoy their time just south of the border enjoying the peaceful beachy vibes. We have made tonnes of great friendships with people on our street and they have become like a second family.⁣

We were down there enjoying my son’s bday party and we met our friends brother randomly. He learned that and myself were in the industry and trusted our guidance and expertise. ⁣

The Langley townhouse market was abnormally active this summer, but Troy and his partner Kim persevered and found a gem, just as things were quieting down. Securing a stunner property at a rockstar price.⁣

Rolled into office to drop something off and got to see my favourite people. Human to Human connection is what its all about! Thank you Lisa and Carmen for always helping and supporting me in everything I try to achieve. Carmen is one of the best Coaches one can have in their corner. She has such a huge and wild heart, with years of experience and practical trenchwork. She see’s the big picture and recognizes family is business, and vice versa. Such a breath of fresh air. Take her out for coffee, you won’t regret it!
