I have been honing my skills and building upon many great relationships since being licensed in 2006. While I take great pride that most of my business comes from repeat clients and referral business from people who know, like and trust me, I enjoy meeting new people and turning strangers into friends. I am that guy at the party who will make sure that everyone knows each other and that everyone f

eels included. Accurately pricing properties in all market conditions, maximizing a home's potential for value and strategically writing and presenting offers are my key skills although it is a passion for bringing people together that pulls me forward. My approach to my real estate career is one client at a time, driven by great service, attention to detail and a strong desire for authentic relationships. One of my greatest strengths is providing my clients with all the information and tools available so that they may make great decisions when buying or selling their homes. Outside of my work I am a happily married man to Amanda and together we have two children, Connor and Kaitlyn. We love to spend our family time outdoors riding bikes, splashing in the puddles and making art with sidewalk chalk. At home I am an aspiring green thumb and you can typically find me in the garden tending to my rose bushes and growing garlic - in the fall of 2020, I planted over 280 cloves from 10 different varieties. I also make and smoke my own bacon, a tradition that started with my Dad over 20 years ago and is going strong today. While I keep some garlic and bacon for the family the real joy is in giving it away to friends and clients.

I will be there putting in a 3 hour shift of pie giving. Occasionally we have leftovers so if you’d like a pie but can’t make it please send me a message and I’ll add you to the list.

The Bond pose for some extra flavour and to support one of my core values which is that I’m building a playful community.

Warmth Wanted: Help connect warm clothing with those in need
Many of us have gently used clothing sitting in the back of our closets, wardrobes, and drawers. Don’t leave them in the dark – help connect your warm clothing with their perfect match by participating in the REALTORS Care® Blanket Drive.

This year, we’re looking to bring warmth to struggling Metro Vancouverites by pairing the perfect gently used or new clothing with those in need in our communities.

If you have a lonely item that fits the bill, bring it to your local participating real estate office from November 14–21 and our matchmakers will pair them with the perfect partner.

What’s wanted?
We have matches for:

Blankets, sleeping bags
Winter clothing - coats, jeans, pants, sweaters
Scarves, gloves, mitts, hats
Socks (new)
Underwear (new)
Remember, we’re looking for warmth. No summer clothes please!

Drop-off locations can be found throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

Our partner charities need your financial support
If you don’t have any clothing waiting for a perfect match, you can donate financially to our partner charities through the REALTORS Care® Blanket Drive online fundraiser.

We’re looking to raise $15,000 for our charities this year. These funds will help local housing-related charities support their communities with amenities, housing, and more.
