MAY MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊🏡

The May housing market in Metro Vancouver remained steady, with healthy inventory levels giving buyers more choice while prices stayed relatively stable month-to-month. ☀️ Sales were slightly lower than last year, but the market continues to move at a calm and balanced pace heading into summer.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Home sales were 3.5% lower than May 2025.
• New listings were down 7.6% compared to last year.
