We are seeking a maintenance worker who possesses:
Experience: Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field.
Reliability: Consistent and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Versatility: Ability to handle a variety of maintenance tasks, both indoor and outdoor.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting potential issues and addressing them promptly.
Communication: Clear and effective communication with property managers and tenants.
*Personal vehicle with valid drivers license is a must
Responsibilities Include:
As a maintenance worker with us, you'll be responsible for:
Performing routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter changes, light bulb replacements, painting, basic electrical/plumbing, drywall, and minor repairs.
Conducting inspections to identify maintenance needs and addressing them in a timely manner.
Responding to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the properties.
