It's clear that as a buyer you have your pick of the patch this year. You can look at as many as you would like and even see it a few times. 👀

As a seller you have to hope your home peeks the buyers checklist. ✔️
I have always said that their is a buyer for every home we just have to find that one buyer.🙎‍♂️🙆‍♀️

Sometimes your clients mean so much to you that you drive to Arnprior to land them a home.

These amazing clients are relocating to the valley! I am sure they will love their new home and community.

A note about this sale is that it was a bank repo they bought which made each and every one of us pull our hair our a but ha ha. As a realtor i am used to tight deadlines, when you are dealing with banks you are on their timeline. All this to say we had to redo the paperwork a few too many times but here we are at the end zone with a win. Thanks J and C for using me!
