WE FOUND THE LAST DUCK! 🦆😂

After all that searching, the final little duck was hiding in plain sight… in my linen closet!

And after everything, I wasn't even the one who found it — my daughter did! 😂

The flock is officially reunited and The Great Duck Hunt has come to an end.

40 Years in Real Estate | 1986–2026 🏡

On August 13, I celebrate 40 years in real estate.

Looking back through these photos brings back so many memories — changing markets, wonderful clients, incredible colleagues, opportunities to learn and teach, recognition I never expected, and friendships that have lasted for years.

Through all the changes in our industry, one thing has remained constant for me: real estate is about people and trust.

I am deeply grateful to the clients who have trusted me with their homes, their investments and some of life's biggest decisions. It is especially meaningful when past clients return years later, refer their family and friends, or I have the privilege of helping the next generation.

I am also grateful for the people I have worked alongside throughout my career. So many have contributed to this journey in ways they may not even realize.

And perhaps most importantly, 40 years later, I am still here, still working, still serving my clients — and I still love what I do.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of these 40 years. I am truly grateful, and I look forward to what is still ahead.
