What a whirlwind of a Thanksgiving weekend! 🍂 Between hosting two turkey dinners (Saturday, Sunday, and yes—hot turkey sandwiches today!), a visit to watch the official opening of the Ingleside Memorial Square Gazebo, and enjoying the fall weather with family and friends, it has been wonderful.

And right in the middle of all the festivities... this happened! 🏡✨

The "Sold" sign went up at this lovely home on Dickinson Drive in Ingleside, and I am thrilled to share that we managed to sell it over a fast-paced weekend! This was a true team effort, working alongside Steven Iwachniuk from Storm Realty—thank you, Steve!

A massive shoutout and deepest gratitude to my Sellers, who responded to the love these buyers showed for the home. It was a long-distance transaction that turned into a real family affair, and knowing these buyers are going to cherish this house as much as the sellers did makes it all the most rewarding.

I am grateful for the perfect blend of family, community, and real estate work these past three days. 🦃🍁

Speaking of Thanksgiving, I have dinner planned with family tonight and, as a result, I'm unable to attend tonight's South Stormont Mustangs game against the Madawaska Valley Wolves 🏒. As a proud sponsor and season ticket holder, I would love to see them go to another pair of fans!

Huge congratulations on the Waypoint Mortgages rebrand launch last night at Lost Villages Brewery. On a special note, David and Stephanie have been my go-to for referring clients for mortgages for quite a long time, and by the looks of the attendance last night, I'm not the only realtor in town that has used these two lenders as their go-to as well. It was such a great time sharing a few craft beers with fellow realtors, lenders, and insurance folks on a gorgeous sunny afternoon right here in South Stormont.

And cheers to me for a super busy, productive day today—getting a brand-new listing live and doing a little early morning networking at the North Stormont Community Connections Event!
