Welcome to my 2nd Friday Foto Feature! 📸✨

For this second episode in my Friday Foto Collection, I wanted to focus on unique angles and interior spaces, using one of my absolute favourite local spots to sharpen my interior real estate photography eye: Upper Canada Village - Morrisburg, Ontario

As I mentioned in a previous feature, I’m currently building my portfolio to complete my photography course, so I’ll have plenty of additional photos to share in the coming weeks. I'm focusing heavily on our beautiful local area—hopefully you find some of these shots interesting, but if not, feel free to just scroll on by!

Every time I walk through the Village, it never fails to soothe the soul. There is something truly special about taking a slow stroll through history, soaking in the traditional craftsmanship, the way the natural light hits the old woodwork, and the quiet charm tucked into every corner.

I'm using Upper Canada Village as my subject matter because there are so many opportunities to practice my photography skills capturing homes, interiors, neighbourhood vibe, and unique vignettes (without having to intrude on anyone's actual living room!).

JUST SOLD in South Stormont! 🏡
Congratulations to my sellers and the buyers on the firm sale of 7 Loyalist Crescent!

From listing to sold firm in just 36 days, this was a great example of smooth cooperation between the buyers and the sellers. ➡️Having a condition on the sale of a buyer's property is a very common reality for many home sales, and while it often takes time to navigate, fulfilling that condition ahead of schedule is much less common. It really showed a nice level of motivation from the buyers which makes me happy🏠☺️
