Proud moment for our team at Simba Investments!

Yesterday, we were honoured with an Award of Excellence – Mixed Use at the 2026 Vancouver Island Commercial Building Awards for our project at 574 Cumberland Road, Courtenay.

This recognition represents a lot more than a building—it reflects the hard work, long days, problem-solving, and commitment that went into bringing this project to life. From planning to completion, it took a strong team, trusted partners, and a clear vision to get here.

We’re grateful to everyone who played a role in making this happen. This is exactly the kind of project that pushes us to keep building better, smarter, and with purpose.
