Tuesday brought a wide range of homes for the realtor tour, starting with a newer patio home in South Courtenay and the over to an affordable home with a suite. On to a home on 4 separately titled lots and a townhome in Crown Isle. We rounded off the tour with a fixer upper in Courtenay North on a big lot and wrapped up at a sprawling rancher on 2.5 acres. Here’s a small taste of what we saw. There’s still a lot to see out there and some really great choices for buyers. Which one do you like?

Today on the Real Estate Tour we saw some great homes but this one took the cake. A custom home in Crown Isle, backing on to the golf course with all the bells and whistles and a donut from the listing realtor upon departure. Can’t get any better than that 🍩🤌🏻

We had 7 homes on Tuesday Tour today but this one took the cake. It filled up all my memory so it got a dedicated reel. A custom home in Crown Isle, backing on to the golf course with all the bells and whistles and a donut upon departure. Can’t get any better than that 🍩🤌🏻

📊 April market stats are in and the story depends on price point.

Single family sales were down from last year, while listings stayed nearly the same, creating a more balanced market overall. But not every segment is moving the same way.

Homes under $750K are still seeing strong activity, and well-priced properties below $1M continue to move quickly. Higher price points are giving buyers more negotiating power and homes need to be priced carefully.

The biggest takeaway? Pricing matters more than ever in today’s market. Well-positioned listings are still selling.
